   • We will never request sensitive information or financial transactions via email.

2. Phone Confirmation:

   • If in doubt, contact us directly at 0121 690 4000 before taking any action. Our lines are open from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

3. Security Reminder:

   • We will never inform you of changes to our bank details via email.
   • All legitimate emails from our team include a red warning in the signature. If absent, exercise caution.

4. Reporting Suspicious Emails:

   • If you receive an email you suspect is fraudulent, forward it to our Compliance Officer, Mrs. Eidha, at zeidha@goldsmithssolicitors.co.uk.
